Maximilian Morel stands out as a distinguished guest occupying principal chair positions within numerous prestigious ensembles, which include Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra of St. Luke’s, New York City Ballet Orchestra, American Symphony Orchestra, and American Ballet Theater Orchestra.  Renowned for his mastery of challenging trumpet repertoire, he frequently takes center stage as a soloist in Bach’s iconic Brandenburg Concerto No. 2. Beyond borders, Mr. Morel’s artistry has reached global stages, collaborating as a soloist with esteemed orchestras such as the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory Orchestra, the Miami Lynn University Orchestra, the Rome Aimart Chamber Orchestra, and the Jeju South Korea Philharmonic. He is a prize winner of prestigious international trumpet competitions such as the National Trumpet Competition in France's Ile-sur-la-Sorgue, the 8th International Competition of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, the 12th Jeju International Brass Competition, the International Roger Voisin Trumpet Competition, and the Girolamo Fantini International Trumpet Competition 2019 Second Edition. Notably, Mr. Morel also imparts his wealth of experience and expertise as a dedicated faculty member in the Ear-Training and Music Theory departments within the Extension and Pre-College divisions of the esteemed Juilliard School.
